1. Introduction

Welcome to Hotel Mohan Regency. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors who make use of our facilities, website, and services. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made through our website, third-party platforms, or by directly contacting our reservations desk.
  • A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to pre-authorize cards before arrival.
  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) should be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. Payments

  • Payment for your stay can be made using cash, credit card, or debit card. We do not accept checks.
  • All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of check-in unless other arrangements have been made.

6. Guests’ Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hotel Mohan Regency is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas within the hotel premises except in designated smoking areas. A penalty will be imposed for violating this rule.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property caused by them during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for repairs or replacements.

7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises, except for service animals, which must be notified at the time of booking.

8. Child Policy

  • Children under 5 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • Extra beds or baby cots are available on request and may incur an additional charge.

9. Behavior

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests and staff members.
  • Any behavior that is deemed to be disruptive or harmful may result in the guest being asked to vacate the hotel premises without a refund.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information provided by guests will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

11. Liability

  • Hotel Mohan Regency shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including personal injury, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the hotel or its services.
  • In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), the hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking.

12. Complaints & Feedback

  • Any complaints or issues should be reported to the hotel management during your stay, and we will do our best to resolve them.
  • Feedback is important to us. Please share your experiences or suggestions through our website or at the front desk.

13. Modifications to the Terms

  • Hotel Mohan Regency reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website and will be effective upon posting.
